1. Provide technical exchange platform and selection data;
2, understand the process parameters, the use of the original product, Wickard put forward a systematic solution;
3, according to the process parameters, to assist in the calculation, selection, selection of products suitable for VALCAM series;
4. If the user can provide a detailed calculation and selection table, Wickard will review it. If there is any doubt, contact relevant units and departments in time;
5. Provide after-sales service after signing the contract. If the manufacturer has any additional requirements, we will cooperate with the manufacturer and the design institute to change and supplement;
6. Ensure delivery to the site in advance or on time, and send relevant personnel to cooperate with unpacking acceptance, send professional debugging personnel to guide system installation, and assist the buyer in acceptance and debugging;
7. Before the start-up operation, we will send professional debugging personnel to assist the buyer to re-debug all valves to ensure the success of one-time start-up;
8. We train the use and maintenance personnel of valves for the demander free of charge;
9. After the product is put into operation, pay a return visit to the demander from time to time and track its operation at any time;
10. If there is a problem on site, arrive at the site within 24 hours from the date of notification by the buyer, and arrive at the site within 12 hours in case of emergency;
11. The warranty period is 12 months, and wearing parts are provided free of charge during the warranty period. If there is a problem that cannot be repaired, it can be replaced free of charge.
